The sequel to the 1980 classic horror film is finally on its way, and yesterday, on director Ulli Lommel’s Facebook page, he revealed the first trailer. It is worth noting that this teaser trailer claims the film will be released “in theaters everywhere.” You can check it out below:
The (rather vague) plot outline is as follows:
A terrible crime echoes through the ages, as the souls of the condemned pay an eternal price for their vicious acts upon the innocent. With classic sensibilities and a contemporary feel, Boogeyman: Reincarnation is the spawning of a new era.
