Keep The ‘Lights’ On At All Costs

You may have been brave enough to see the horror short, Lights Out.  If you haven’t, it centers on a woman that’s being stalked by an evil spirit that appears when the lights go out.  It became a viral sensation.  The entity apparently has become stronger because it’s coming to the big screen.  This time, a family must face off against the evil entity.

Variety has revealed that James Wan, who wrote and directed many horror movies such as SAW and The Conjuring, will be producing. David F. Sandberg, who created the short, will be directing the film.  Gabriel Bateman, who’s starred in TBS’s sitcom, Your Family Or Mine,’will star in the film.  It could be interesting to see how this plays out.  The short film was amazing.  I hope the on screen counterpart will be equally impressive.  Until then, enjoy the short.
