One of your Los Angeles Zombie Girl’s favorite Monster conventions, Monsterpalooza, again brings you their equally scary offspring: Son of Monsterpalooza. The fall’s ultimate monster show, Son of Monsterpalooza returns to The Marriott Burbank Convention Center this September 16-18, 2016! Come and play with all your favorite celebrities, SFX Make-up geniuses, super talented artists and amazingly unique horror vendors.

Since it’s inaugural event in 2009, MONSTERPALOOZA has become internationally known as the place to be for fans and professionals of film, makeup, special effects, collectible toys, art and monsters! With increased demand for more monstrous Monsterpalooza fun, Son of Monsterpalooza was born in 2012 to fill the fall void for monster lovers and fans of Monsterpalooza’s past! Every year in the Son of Monsterpalooza Theatre, unique panels and presentations are featured all weekend long spotlighting fan favorite films from the past and future featuring the stars, directors, and artists responsible for bringing your worst nightmares to life on the silver screen and beyond!

Meet award winning artists behind some of the greatest creatures ever created with a selection of over 150 exhibitors selling one of a kind creations, Live makeup demonstrations and more! Experience special exhibits featuring original creations from sculptures, paintings and more original art in an atmospheric setting!

Each Son of Monsterpalooza event features dozens of special celebrity guests from the worlds of Horror, Science Fiction, and Fantasy. Past guests have included actors from film franchises such as The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Halloween, The Omen, Phantasm, Killer Klowns from Outer Space, Day of the Dead and many more!
