Rob Zombie would like to do another ‘Rejects’ Movie

Rob Zombie admits to wanting to make a sequel or prequel in new interview

Rob Zombie was recently interview in the latest issue of Fangoria and has stated he’s interested in making a sequel or prequel to The Devil’s Rejects. Many consider TDR to be his greatest work and the film has since gained almost a cult following.

RZ admitted he loved the characters but does not hold the rights to the film. In the meantime, he is currently working on his next film entitled ‘31‘.

“I’ve always thought I’d like to make another movie, because I love the characters, and I have an idea I think is solid for a third one – an idea that would make sense. The problem is, I don’t own the characters now. They’re owned by Lionsgate, and they just don’t have any desire to do anything. So it isn’t me not doing it because I don’t want to; I don’t have the ability to get it done.”
